Hourly Rate
> This is the price that is set for you to pay each hour that you book for your event.
DJ's

2nd DJ
> For some of our longer events we require payment for a second DJ.
This also ensures fast setup.
Any problems rectified alot quicker.
If heavier equipment is required / hired we will require a second member of staff.
Extra Staff
> If your event includes all of the above but is longer or a larger event we may require a 3rd member of staff... This could be a part time member that will only be charged on a minimum hourly rate.
Very fast setup.
Equipment transported between locations (transport <---> Venue)
Dont change this option by default! If we think you need any extra staff we will contact you to arrange this.

Lighting

Basic
> Our basic lighting option is included with all of our events unless stated otherwise. This will include standard “Par 56 Lighting Cans (choice of 4 colours)” we currently only have two of these but at request more can be made available. This may also include 2x “Moonflower effect lights” That will be still and not sound reactive. To have these as a sound reactive option this can be turned on free of charge but please state this when creating your order or soon after. Please make sure this is requested before your event.
Premium
> This option includes all of the “Basic Lighting Option” but will also include “Strobes” & “Coloured 8 Light Chaser”. We are looking at more lighting mid way through 2010.
Provided
> If you decide that you want to supply the lighting for your event, Please select this option. If you need to change the request so that we are supplying lighting for your event then we will need at least two weeks notice. Please note that if this option is selected our DJ will be instructed not to take any lighting long to your event so please ensure you can defiantly supply the lighting.
Hired
> Don’t like our lighting equipment? Then you can choose to “Hire” through us. We can arrange hiring of equipment, it is suggested that you do this through us as we may have a business account with the different hire providers so this could get you some reasonable deals. For different events a charge may need to be put in place on top of this.
Stage
> If you are performing on stage where all the lighting is provided and setup but will just need operating then this will be the option you need to select. We may also be able to arrange for your lighting to be hired and setup for you.
Venue

Capacity
> If this option is on the event that you are trying to book then please select as close to the match as possible. This will NOT affect your price in any way! This is just for us to determine how powerful the audio system will need to be, how much lighting is required etc.
Size
> This option may not always change the price of your event but in some cases this will. Please select the appropriate option.
Clothing

> Child S, Child M, Child L, Men S, Men M, Men L, Woman S, Woman M, Woman L.
These options are usually only available on clothing or accessories where these options may be appropriate. Please ensure you select the correct one as there will be NO refunds / returns / exchanges if you have choose the incorrect option.
